Nothing tastes better on a cold day than a bowl of warm soup! One of my favorite soups in the winter is a Cauliflower Curry Soup served with a slice of fresh baked bread.
In this video I show you a simple and foolproof recipe for making a great Cauliflower soup. This soup is as good freshly made or frozen for future use. I enjoy a bit of “kick” to my soup so I’ll often sprinkle on some smoked paprika on top.
Ingredients:
- One head cauliflower diced
- One head garlic diced
- 2 TBSP cooking oil
- 1 ½ cup plain yogurt
- 2 TBSP curry powder
- 1-pint tomato sauce or diced tomatoes
