Canning Tomato Sauce

Nothing beats the taste of home made tomato sauce and it is so easy to do. As our tomatoes ripen we freeze them in bags with the skin on. Every fall I take a day to make sauce to can and enjoy through the winter months. In this easy to follow recipe you’ll see how simple it is to follow along and make a delicious sauce.

If you choose not to can the sauce you can freeze it in Tupperware containers or in Zip Lock bags. They can last up to a year. There is very little work or cost involved in canning but it is a time consuming method. However the results are worth it!

I hope you enjoy this easy to follow video recipe recipe.
